You Must:

  • A recent Jared receipt from a participating store.
  • Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Instructions:

  1. Go to Survey.Jared.com.
  2. Read the short paragraph; read the sweepstakes rules by clicking the hyperlink. Click Continue when ready.
  3. Enter the 11-digit ID code from the receipt, which is located just below their telephone number.
