The IHOP Guest Satisfaction Survey, found at www.TelliHop.com, is an online questionnaire designed by IHOP that helps measure their customers satisfaction of different products and services that are offered by IHOP. The company will use the information you provide to improve many different areas of the restaurant, including the atmosphere, customer service, and products. This survey is completed online, for your convenience.

If you participate in this survey, you have a chance to let your voice be heard about your most recent experience at the restaurant. Whether you have a great experience or you had a not-so-great experience, the company wants to know so they can make informed decisions and changes. As a thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to help the company, they will give you a validation code for a special mystery gift that can be received on a future visit to IHOP.

How to Participate in the IHOP Guest Satisfaction Survey

Requirements

  • Devices with Internet access. (PC, Notebook, Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet)
  • Have a recent receipt from a participating store.

Steps To Do Survey:

  1. Go to www.TelliHop.com.
  2. Select your preferred language and click Next.
  3. Type the survey code from your receipt into the text box. This can be found on the front of your receipt near the middle. Select Next when ready.
  4. You will be asked questions about your most recent experience. Please answer these honestly by selecting the best answer given. In some cases, you will be given a text box in order to type in your answer. Please use these whenever possible.
  5. When you are finished with the survey, you will be given a validation code to write down on the receipt. This code will be good for some mystery item at the restaurant. Write the code on the receipt and take it with you on your next visit to redeem. If you don’t want the special item, simply close your browser without writing down the code.

    I am very disappointed in the survey. My husband and i went to IHOP twice in one day once for breakfast in Holland and then on Alpine that evening i tried to do both of the surveys and the first one was no problem but they wouldn’t let me do the second on for the life of my. WHY? can you not do more then one i asked them and they told me yes!! i tried every day and one week later WALA it let me do it and then told me it wasn’t valid i waited to long. What a CROCK and at first we almost left the IHOP on Alpine it was so dirty and the service was awful, but my husband wanted his American Sampler that he likes so much.

    We love IHOP. Particularly #1406 which is exceptional in its service and the quality of food.

    I would be happy to see some creative approach to serving coffee at less than 2.09 per person. May be worth it for heavy coffee drinkers but perhaps…for 1 cup another pricing arrangement could be offered.
