  • Have a pen or pencil to write with.

Steps To Do Survey:

  1. Go to www.TellCharleys.com.
  2. For Spanish or Arabic, click the appropriate hyperlink.
  3. Enter the store number (five digits), date and time from your receipt and click start. Take your time to locate this information.
  4. Answer the questions as they come. It is important to answer them thoroughly and honestly. Take the time to read the instructions and each question before answering. The use of text boxes may be used to allow you to give a better explanation. Please use them if available.
  5. After the survey is complete, you will be given a validation code to write on the receipt. You will also be shown what you will receive from the code. This can be a free item or a special discount. Present the receipt on a future visit to receive the special item. It is not necessary to use/write the validation code in order to leave feedback.
