If you participate in the survey, you get a chance to leave important feedback that the company needs in order to understand what works and what needs to be changed or fixed. Without this information, the company will not know what you, the customer, wants. You will also have a chance to enter a weekly drawing for one of five $100 gift cards to a Hooters Restaurant. You don’t have to enter the sweepstakes to leave feedback.

How to Participate in the Hooters Guest Satisfaction Survey

You Will Need:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent Hooters receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
  • Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Steps To Do Survey:

  1. Go to www.TalktoHooters.com.
  2. Enter the survey code (a total of 14 digits) from your receipt in the white box. Please note: You should enter zeros to the end of your code if it is not 14 numbers to make a total of 14 numbers. Click the arrow when finished.
  3. Answer the questions that show on your screen. You must answer all questions before moving to the next screen. Most of the questions will be about your visit, but a few will be demographic, such as age, sex, etc.
  4. When finished with the questionnaire, you will have a chance to enter the sweepstakes. Follow directions and enter your correct information in the appropriate fields. If you do not wish to enter the sweepstakes, close your browser window without entering your information. Your feedback will still be received.
