The company uses this information to understand your needs better. They want each customer to have a great experience, and in order for that to happen, they need to know of any problems so they can be changed. This survey is done online.

By participating in this survey, you have an opportunity to leave important feedback that the company will use to make customer service better and introduce new products. You will also receive a sweepstakes entry for a chance to win a gift card to ShopRite. You are not required to enter the sweepstakes in order to leave feedback. You will be asked for contact information at the end of the survey in order to enter the sweepstakes. Please follow instructions.

How to Participate in the ShopRite Customer Experience Survey

You Will Need:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent ShopRite receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Steps To Do Survey:

  2. Type in your receipt code exactly as it appears. Please note you must enter slashes and spaces as they appear on the receipt. There is a diagram to the left of the text box in order to help you locate this information. Click submit.
  3. You will be asked some questions about your recent visit. Please answer these honestly and thoroughly. Some questions will offer a text box for you to add more information about your experience. Please use these, if possible.
  4. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to enter a sweepstakes. If you are not interested in entering, please close your browser window. Your feedback will still be sent. If you are interested in entering, please type in your contact information as requested.
