How to Participate in the Pizza Pizza Customer Satisfaction Survey

You Must:

  • A computer with Internet access.
  • The ability to read English or French.
  • A recent Pizza Pizza receipt from a participating store.

Instructions:

  1. Go to www.pizzapizzasurvey.ca.
  2. Select your preferred language and click the arrow.
  3. Enter the store or restaurant number from your receipt. This should be found on the bottom.
  4. Answer questions about your recent experience. There are three types of questions you may encounter. One will be multiple choice where one answer is selected. The second type will be multiple choice where more than one answer can be selected. The third type will be a text box where you type in your answer. Please be honest and read directions carefully.
  5. When you are finished with the survey, you will receive a redemption code. Write this code on your receipt and bring it with you on your next visit to redeem.
