You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent Michaels receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Instructions:

  1. Go to www.MyMichaelsvisit.com.
  2. To take the survey in Spanish or French, click the appropriate hyperlink.
  3. Enter the 22-digit code into the text boxes provided. This should be found on your receipt. Click start when ready.
  4. Answer questions about your most recent visit. Please be as honest as you can and take your time, as this is the way the company will change bad habits. Pay close attention to directions, as some questions will allow more than one answer. Use text boxes whenever possible to give extra information.
  5. When finished with the survey, you will be given a validation code to redeem the offer on your next visit.
