The H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey, found at www.Heb.com/survey, is an online survey designed by H-E-B to give customers a chance to leave important feedback about their recent experience. The company uses this information to better understand your needs. They want you to have a great experience at their store and need to know what makes it great and what makes it bad. They can then change the bad for positive. This survey is done online.

By participating in this survey, you have a chance to tell the company how you feel. You can be assured the company will use this information to make your future visits better. You will also receive a sweepstakes entry for a chance to win $1,000 cash. You will also receive ten entries for a monthly drawing to win a $500 gift card to H-E-B. You are not required to enter the sweepstakes to leave feedback. Contact information will be requested at the end of the survey for the sweepstakes. Follow directions to enter.

How to Participate in the H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey

You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent H-E-B receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
  • Be 18 years of age or older to participate.


  1. Go to www.Heb.com/survey.
  2. Select the red hyperlink button for either English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
  3. Enter the certificate code found on the bottom of your receipt. There is a diagram to the right of the text box to help you locate this information. You may also read the rules and regulations, as well as the privacy policy from this page.
  4. You will be asked questions about your recent visit. Answer the honestly.
  5. You will have a chance to enter a monthly and quarterly drawing by giving your contact information. Please read directions and answer accordingly.
