  • Be able to read English.
  • Have your recent Carrabba’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Instructions:

  1. Go to www.Carrabbaslistens.com.
  2. Enter the code from the middle of your receipt. This should be 15 digits. Click start. For those with an 18-digit code, you will need to visit tellcarrabbas.com.
  3. Answer questions. It is important to read all the directions and read through the questions prior to starting. This will give you a feel of the questions and give you time to think about your answers. Please be honest and thorough.
  4. Your receipt has a special offer printed on it. This may be a percentage off your bill or a free item. In order to redeem the offer, you will receive a code at the end of the survey to write down.
