  2. If you prefer to take the survey in Spanish, please click the blue hyperlink on the right at the bottom of the white box. If you prefer English, please continue to step 3.
  3. Enter the code number that is found in the middle of your receipt. Click start when ready. You can also read the sweepstakes rules and privacy policy from this page.
  4. Answer questions about your recent experience. Please answer these honestly. Some questions will have a text box so you can enter more information. Please use these when possible. Answer all questions before moving to the next page.
  5. Enter your contact information when you have finished the survey. You will be prompted to do this. Please read the directions. Information can include name, telephone number, address or email address.

    Iordered a breakfast meal the meaty burrito. I asked for all sausage meat & American cheese. I did not receive that instead I got cheddar cheese. Very upset while traveling.

    I visited store 8467 and was disappointed in the service and managers response to my problem.
    I ordered my food and looked on screen to find bacon on my order. At no time in the order process was I asked if I wanted bacon, I did not say add bacon. When I got to the window two guys were there and I explained that it was not excepable to just add to someone’s order. All they said it me was is your order right now. I asked for th manager only to get a guy with no name badge telling me I am the manager. When I explained to him that you don’t know if I am allergic and should not put things on the order not orderd all he would say to me is your order right now. If this is how I will be treated by your management staff and employees I will not eat here again.

    I ate at store#484 in Pierce county. ORDERED A SOURDOUGH JACK WITH LETTUCE. Was a good sandwich and didn’t cost any more for the lettuce. Service was good and food was served promptly.Good value for the money;better tasting hamburgers than McDonalds which are overpriced and tasteless and notorious for screwing up my order. Their salads however, are excellent as are their apple and cherry pies. The fish sandwich is good but is a RIPPOFF especially since it has no tomato or lettuce AND they use the lousy “american cheese” THEN they microwave it after its made which is more destructive and stupid since everyone knows you don’t microwave bread-duh! As spendy as it is, they still have to charge more for tomato and lettuce. Forget you McDonalds– the golden arch is more like a “golden shower” !!!

    I visit this store 3 days at week but why if they are busy the cook is washing the cars in the parking in busy hours.customers come firts

    today, my son went to jack in the box, store #1193. he
    placed his order (supreme croissant). the girl repeated
    it back incorrectly; he corrected her. she repeated it
    as ordered. when he got his order, he did not check the
    bag and brought it home. it was wrong. he was given a
    sausage croissant instead. additionally, the hash brown
    he got was so greasy. the grease was literally running
    off it. didn’t seem totally cooked, which was more than
    likely due to it sitting in grease. very disappointing.
    not a lot of money involved, but not a pleasant experience.

    I visited your store #111 in Fort worth, Texas last night. This store is very near my home and I have found the food just keeps getting worse and there’s not much to say about the service either. Please can you do something? Jack’s has always been a family favorite but we just cannot take it anymore. We purchased 2 sourdough cheese melts and a large fry in the drive through and it was the worse sandwich we’ve ever eaten. Thank you for this venue to vent my feelings.

    I went to JIB # 1123 and bought Cheesesteak melt and got this thin and greasy sandwich with very little meat in it. I will never buy that sandwich again it cost $4.84 what a ripe off.

    Visited Jack in the Box today for lunch. Ordered the sandwich Turkey, Bacon and cheder cheese with curly fries! It was great enjoyed it. The empolyees were friendly. I had visited Burger King that morning and had to wait 10 min for drive thru! Big difference. Thanks

    I visited the brand new location in Cincinnati, Ohio. The last time I ate @ a JIB, it was a taco stand in California, many years ago. To make a long story short, the food was an abomination. Cold, greasy, bad tasting, overpriced & served by a staff short on professionalism & long on beefiness. Everyone there was rather large & that is an understatement. I will never enter another JIB, when I have good choices like Rally’s close by. For a food chain to not cook to order, particularly late night, when customers are few & far between, is totally unacceptable! My experience was so dissapointing, that I will go out of my way to warn others away from JIB.

    I visited the store 408479 and I must say that the service was disappointed of took about an hour to get my breakfast meal due to employees arguing about over time.. no manager was available to handle my situation nor would they give me the1800 number. Poor service and no people skills what so ever. Way to go Jack!!?!

    Tonight i just came out of work with munchies.. an the fastes and best place to goin a short amount of distance was Jack In The Box… i wanted something light.. so i got me a (chicken sandwich, 10chicken nuggets, and medium frys… not bad for a big, small hunger…
