A new Panera store opened in Woodstock, Il , last week. On Saturday, September 22, 2012, we received a mailer from Panera. The note to the Postmaster that was at the top said,’Please Deliver in Homes September 17,2012. The mailer was a notice for customer-give-aways for the first day of opening. Are there any other coupons we can get because the PostOffice delivered our notice 5 days late?

I love paneras coffee!!!!… The food is fresh…. the only thing that needs improvement is the slow service. People need to get to work or lunch. So I feel the need to step up employees. At the busy time.. thank you !!!!

  3. My Husband and I go to Panera frequently as we always receive a good warm bowl of soup or a well made, delicious sandwichr salad whatever we are hungry for at the time. I also take friends when we go out to lunch to Panera and I have yet to find one that isn’t more than satisfied with their lunch.

There is another place close by that serves a variety of soups and in no way does it compare with Panera. Panera is the place for both me and my husband.

I like Panera alot and i visit them often at different locations both near my house and work.I should say that most of the time my experiences with them were good on both food and services(umm..may need some attentions there)until recently I went and had a bagel and coffee.I needed some butter and when standing at the counter being ignored by the cashiers(they were busy talking to each other)I asked a guy who prepares the food and he looked at me and brushed his eyes downward and said:REACH IN THE HOLE AND THEY’RE IN THERE?$#@!

I just bought a large loaf of Sourdough bread from Panera – It doesn’t taste as sour as it should in my opinion. Will you do a little more experimenting with the sour taste – otherwise, it’s very yummy and crispy.
    I love Panera Bread stores.

    Hello,
Tonight we went to the our local Panera Cafe (#1554) which we have frequented often. I felt strong enough to send you our comments right when I got home. My husband and myself ordered the Pick 2 menu items (both selected the cream of tomato soup) with one sandwich selection as the cranberry turkey and the other choice being the grown up kids grilled cheese with apple wood smoked bacon. The soup was delicious as usual (our favorite) but each sandwich was a huge disappointment!! My husband took a bite of the cranberry turkey and then pulled the bread apart and we were hard pressed to find the turkey!! My grilled cheese (new menu item) was chosen from the picture displayed and when I pulled my bread apart saw a few of what could be described as scarce bacon bits. The cafe was very busy and after standing in line to place our order and waiting an amount of time due to customer activity to get our food, felt we just didn’t have the extra time again to bring our sandwiches back up to the counter. Probably should have but my husband was hungry and unhappy. Two cups of soup and two 1/2 sandwiches etc. came to $19.01 which would not have been an issue had they been up to customer satisfaction. I am certain that any manager of any Panera would have been quite astounded at the appearance of the product. We were very dissatisfied and wanted to make sure someone from the corporate headquarters was made aware of our experience and displeasure. Please take the time to acknowledge my concerns.
    Thank you,
    Kristine Ziesemer
