The company wants this information that you provide to help improve products, services rendered, and the general atmosphere of the store. This survey is completed online for your convenience.

Participating in this survey allows you to have a voice. You are allowed to leave honest feedback about your recent experience at the restaurant. You are allowed to be as critical or as praising as you want, to ensure the company gets a good idea of your experience. The company wants this important feedback so they can learn what is working and what isn’t. This way, they can make improvements. How to Participate in the KFC Customer Satisfaction Survey

You Will Need:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent KFC receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
  • Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Steps To Do Survey:

  1. Go to www.MyKFCexperience.com.
  2. Enter the store number, time date and ticket number from your receipt and click start. You will find a helpful guide to locate the information, as well.
  3. Read about the survey and then use a five-point scale to answer a question about your experience.
  4. Select the type of visit you had.
  5. Using the scale again, rate your experience of the listed sentences. These can include speed, taste and accuracy.
  6. Using the scale again, answer if you will return and recommend the restaurant to others.
  7. Answer if you had a problem. If yes, you will be asked to provide extra information.
  8. You will be asked to write comments about if you were highly satisfied or why you weren’t highly satisfied. This is optional, but can be very important, so please use it wisely.
  9. Answer a few yes or no questions.
  10. If you want to enter, select yes and provide name and phone number.

  1. I went to our East Tawas Branch (#F705005) on saturday evening at 5:09pm. My ticket number was #1120. I ordered a 6 pc. strip meal thru the drive thru. When I got home(approx. 9 miles from this branch) I started to eat my dinner. That is when I relized that the chicken was not cooked all the way. I ended up cooking something else for dinner. The mashed potatos/gravy & mac-n-cheese was good. But I feel I waisted $10.00 on chicken that I ended up throwing away. The store was busy at the time bot inside & drive thru. My wait time from when I placed my order to the time I recieved my dinner was approx. 10 min.

  2. I went to the West Mission branch (E791052) on Saturday afternoon at 1:21 P.M. My ticket # was 3613. I ordered a 8 PC ML MX COM takeout inside the store. Although my ticket says that Ruth was the cashier, it was a tall young man that waited on me. I ordered the 8 piece combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans as the sides. I got home and found that he had given me two mashed potatoes and two gravies and slaw as the sides instead of the green beans. I remember ordering from him before and he had left out the biscuits. I called the store that time and the manager took my name and the next time I went in, they gave me a double order of biscuits. I appreciated that. I guess I`ll have to have the cashier read off the order upon packing the to go bag next time.

  3. My boyfriend and 90 year old mom went thru the drive-thru they said it was hard to get the order right and she(mom)needed to get home. He had giving the girl the money the order was not right so he wanted his money back, the cashier closed the window. so he went inside the cashier said and got the manager. I have the ticket and the managers void. You losted two. His mom liked the food but not the the tude. thank u reading I told her I would do this for her she is 90#k092002

  4. We visited kfc store #G205007 on 9 Oct .We were happy with service but,
    the chicken was far from being fried.I don’t know if they bake it but. the skin slipped right off and I think it was baked. The other parts of the dinner{potatoes slaw.etc} were ok but that’s not we came to kfc for. needless to say we will not return. thanks for your interest

  5. I was at KFC store#h315004 I hadn’t been to KFC after they remdeled the store. Very surprised, store very clean, nicely decorated, everyone was very friendly and healpful. I ordered 2p2scmb ordrk
    cost $6.39. Three Drumsticks done just right (orignal) with mashed potatoes with gravey, with cole slaw. Every thing was perfect. My only suggestion would be I would like the butter and jam to be in an easier container also a real spoon! The waitress was execptionally helpful, her name on receipt was Te-Te. I will go back, I wastto try the grilled chicken.

  6. Went to kfc on 11-9. My daughter was out of hospital and couldnt cook so I got 2 buckets extra crispy. What I got was extra burnt. It is almost impossible to get thru to comments on phone or online. I worked at Church’s and I know when the oil has not been changed and is turning. Not enough staff. I will take my burnt sacrifice back, my daughter had to throw hers out.

  7. I went thru the drive thru for my dinner this evening at 4:37 p.m. Store #J322006. I ordered 5 Hot wings, side of mash/gravy, cole slaw and a pepsi. Cost $7.72. I live less than a mile from Constant Friendship Blvd. When I tried to eat the chicken wings they were so dried and over cooked I couldn’t bite thru any of them. I pulled the coating off only to find the chicken meat yellow and hard as a rock. The mash potatoes/gravy and cole slaw was very good as was the biscuit. So my dinner became a hot dog, mash potatoes/gravy and cole slaw. I resent paying for a meal you can’t eat.

  8. Four adults go to #J955032 every Tuesday evening to eat the Senior Buffet. We are always greeted with smiles and a “Welcome to KFC.” Everythig is always fresh and hot. They will replenish anything we need. The store is very clean and bright. When we leave they always thank us for coming and to have a good evening. it is an enjoyable experience. I wish they could get recognized.

  9. I was running late for dinner on 11-15-2012, so I decided to stop by KFC @ 102 Highway 138 Stockbridge ga.It was about 15 mins before closing time. That is the time when all the fresh looking food is gone, Alonzo waited on me with a smile and cook me a fresh order in about 18 mins. He was very polite.He had other duty he was doing, but never show anything but kindness. I really appreciate the service he provided to me. Store #g135104 ticket # 3831
