  4. You will be asked questions about your recent visit. Please answer these honestly.
  5. At the end of the survey, you will be asked for contact information in order to enter the sweepstakes. If you wish not to do so, simply close your browser window. Otherwise, fill in the form using correct information.

  1. I shop at Marshalls quite often, and do well with my needs. I particularry like the check out system. Very quick. I forget my card often and do wish you could look it up when forgotten or misplaced (like yesterday) for points. I know I can bring it all back, return, and get the points, however I cannot find it at this time, so loose my points. I do love the store. Reference #165816…
