You Will Need:

  1. I recently bought a printer and I tried to set it up myself and I could not do it. So, I went back to Best Buy to see if someone could help me. I was helped by Ken in the computer section. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time to set up an appointment for a technician to come to my house to set up the printer.
    Ken was very polite and needs to be recommended for his professionalism.

  4. Everyone in the store was great. It was the after purchase service that was horrible. I bought a points card for microsoft points for my xbox and was told the code would be emailed. It has been two days I have not received any email. So I called customer service only to be hung up on and directed to the wrong department before finally getting ahold of someone who refused to talk to me but had to talk to my boyfriend who had nothing to do with this transaction. Only to be told they have no record of a code and then be redirected to another associate who told him to wait for the email. I will buy all my points cards and games from gamestop from now on. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT BEST BUY!!!

  6. My wife and I would like to thank Ernque and Carolyn for their help on 11/4/12 with our buying two i-pabs for our grandkids. They both knew exactly what we needed and was very helpful. We have always had a good experience when we go to your store in Grand Island. Carolyn has always gone out of her way to help a couple of old people who knows nothing about electronics. We have bought a lot of stuff for our grandkids. We learned the hard way that you only want to buy your electronocs at Best Buy because they stand behind what you buy.

  7. Purchased a Samsung TV at Bestbuy in Monroeville Pennsylavania. Had a great experience in purchasing the set receiving great information and help from Mr. B. he spent a load of time with us before the purchase but was off the day I chose to purchase the TV, so I was helped by Debra Brooks at the Monroeville store. Debra and Mr. B. were very competent in explaning the TV and our needs for set up delivery quality of the sets at opposed to others. I was quite satisfied with the policy that Debra was able to bring up a TV I found at Sam’s Club having the (I thought) identical items but she was able to inform me that it was not the same TV and probably an older model. I not only set up the purchase that day with Debra but opened a Bestbuy credit card for future purchases. Thank you for having such competent personal. Thanks Debra and Mr. B. TV will be delivered Tuesday before Thanksgivng. Just in Time!
